The Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "We") may, in accordance with business arrangements, provide Users (hereinafter referred to as "You") with free trial or paid trial services (collectively referred to as the "Trial Services"). Unless You actively cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the Trial Services, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fees from your bound payment method upon the expiration of the trial period in accordance with the subscription term you selected and the fee standards posted on the payment page to complete the subscription renewal.
The subscription service you select and purchase through the App Store will auto-renew in accordance with the confirmed subscription term (including but not limited to weekly, monthly, annual, etc., subject to the service plan you select at the time of purchase and the information displayed by the system). Unless You actively cancel the subscription, the service will auto-renew at the end of each term to ensure the continuous validity of your service usage rights.
Upon your confirmation of the subscription service purchase, the relevant service fees will be directly deducted from your bound payment method in accordance with the payment option you selected. You hereby explicitly authorize Us to collect the subscription service fees for the corresponding term from the payment method you provide at the agreed deduction time, in accordance with this Agreement and the subscription service information you confirmed.
Upon your successful cancellation of the subscription, the system will immediately disable the auto-renewal feature, and no further subscription fees will be automatically deducted. However, your rights and benefits for the current subscription term covered by the fees you have paid shall remain unaffected, and you may continue to use all features included in the subscription service for the remaining duration of the current term. Please note that the mere act of deleting the Application shall not constitute a valid cancellation of the subscription and shall not terminate auto-renewal or fee deductions.
If you purchased or activated the subscription service or Trial Services through the Apple App Store, you may cancel at any time through the following methods:
To avoid unnecessary renewal fees, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the Trial Services or the end of the current subscription term.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to adjust the subscription service fees based on factors such as business operational needs and market conditions. For any fee adjustment, We will provide you with prior notice through reasonable and prominent means, including but not limited to in-app announcements and email notifications. If you do not accept the adjusted fee standards, you may cancel the relevant subscription service in accordance with the methods stipulated in this Agreement prior to the effective date of the fee change; if you do not cancel the subscription after the change takes effect, your inaction shall be deemed as your agreement to pay the subsequent subscription fees in accordance with the adjusted fee standards.
If you purchased or activated the subscription service or Trial Services through the Apple App Store, refund requests shall be processed in accordance with Apple Inc.'s official rules: You must first confirm whether you meet the refund criteria specified by Apple Inc.; if eligible, you must submit the refund request directly to Apple Inc. and follow the refund procedures, requirements, and guidelines posted on Apple's official support page to complete the process.
